• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and photo products promotions.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
• Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness of the photo department to meet forecasted demand.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provides customer support for services such as FedEx and Western Union, ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to troubleshoot issues and deliver quality results.
• Keeps the photo department clean, organized, safe, and well-merchandised and supports merchandising efforts.
• Assists cross-training and coverage for photo operations to ensure continuity.
• Follows company policies, asset protection standards, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborates with team members and completes additional assignments to support business objectives.
