Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in the greater Houston area. Events can be located anywhere across houston, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, The Woodlands, Spring etc.

This role is responsible for transporting, setting up, operating, and breaking down photo and video booth equipment at events, ensuring all technology functions properly and safely. The attendant will greet guests, guide them through the photo and video experience, assist with props and backdrops, and help guests use digital sharing features. The role includes monitoring event flow, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and maintaining a clean and organized booth area throughout each event. The Photo Booth Attendant will also support event logistics, communicate with event planners and team members, and represent Booth Boxx with professional, friendly, and customer-focused service.

Pay:$22–$30/hr — start at $22 as Assistant Host, up to $30 as Lead Host — plus mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate (76¢/mile)

• Candidates should possess problem-solving and adaptability skills, including staying calm under pressure and adjusting quickly to changing event needs or technical challenges.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior event, hospitality, or retail experience; the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate equipment; reliable transportation to Houston-area venues; and availability to work evenings and weekends.
