Remotebridge is seeking a Photo and Visual Editor for remote, worldwide collaboration. You will review images, select the strongest ones, and correct technical issues, explaining your decisions in writing.

Daily use of Lightroom, Photoshop or Capture One is expected, along with delivering high-quality visuals for web, print or brand projects. You should possess clear written English, demonstrate the ability to justify choices, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote team environment.

Qualifications

• Professional work as a photo editor, picture editor, visual editor, retoucher or photo producer.
• Proficient with Lightroom, Photoshop or Capture One.
• Experience delivering images to audiences (print, web, social, broadcast or brand).
• Able to explain why one image works better than another.
• Clear written English.

Your tasks

• Write a short explanation for each decision so a reviewer can follow your reasoning.
• Correct or retouch images following a brief.

What we're looking for

• Professional work as a photo editor, picture editor, visual editor, retoucher or photo producer.
• Daily use of professional tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop or Capture One.
• Experience delivering images to a real audience: print, web, social, broadcast or brand work.
• Comfort explaining why one image works and another doesn't.
• Clear written English.
