Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories, device care and related products.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops and gaming systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Wireless device repair certifications are a plus.
