Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Phone Specialist to manage front-of-store operations, taking orders by phone, in the lobby, and at the drive-thru. You will be trained on the order system, ensure accuracy, and prepare orders for drivers while assisting with rush periods.

The ideal candidate is 16+ with good communication, a positive attitude, basic computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Domino's values teamwork, reliability, and friendly customer service.

Responsibilities

• Front of store duties: taking orders over the phone, in lobby, and drive-thru.

Job Description

Phone Specialist

TM will have the responsibility of the front of the store. Primary is taking orders. Over the phone, lobby & drive thru window. TM will be trained in detailed to work the order screen. Know how to move through the order screen. Correctly make an order. Correctly cash an order out. TM is also responsibility for preparing orders for driver & dispatching for them. TM will also prep some food for the rush.
