Job summary

Domino's is hiring a Phone Specialist in Monroe, LA to manage front-of-store duties including taking orders by phone, in the lobby, and at the drive-thru. The role requires navigating the order screen, accurately processing orders, and cashing out at the register.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Phone Specialist

TM will have the responsibility of the front of the store. Primary is taking orders. Over the phone, lobby & drive thru window. TM will be trained in detailed to work the order screen. Know how to move through the order screen. Correctly make an order. Correctly cash an order out. TM is also responsibility for preparing orders for driver & dispatching for them. TM will also prep some food for the rush.
