Job summary

Support Services Group (SSG) Texas is seeking compassionate Customer Service Specialists to support members through their surgical journey with concierge-style phone support.

You will explain program benefits, coordinate with provider offices, and help members take the next steps in care while maintaining detailed records and delivering empathetic service. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service or service-center experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to build rapport and explain information clearly.
• Proficient with computers and navigating multiple systems.
• Strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through.
• Collaborative, empathetic, and adaptable to changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based support to members throughout the surgical journey.
