GIFTED POTENTIAL LLC in Phoenixville, PA seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time hours Mon-Thu, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM, 20 hours weekly. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support to an individual, assist with daily activities, and help foster independence, participation, and community engagement.

The role emphasizes staying active, building positive relationships, and creating a safe, enjoyable environment.
