A well-established, independent urology group of three urologists in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a motivated general urologist to join a high-volume, growth-oriented practice with a clear pathway to partnership and significant long-term earning potential. There is strong demand and limited competition in the market, creating an excellent opportunity to build a busy practice quickly. Both experienced urologists and new graduates are encouraged to apply, with mentorship available for those early in their career. One can step in and ramp up very quickly, as this group has a proven track record of high productivity and income generation. This is an independent practice with full autonomy (no private equity or hospital employment). The group emphasizes financial transparency, providing physicians with detailed insight into collections, expenses, and overall practice performance. This is an excellent opportunity to build long-term equity and wealth, not just salary.

Position Highlights

• Join 3 physicians, 7 mid-level providers
• Immediate patient volume with strong referral base
• General urology position, but can accommodate subspecialty interests, such as female reconstruction, robotics preferred
• Partnership track (~2 years, flexible based on performance, $100k buy-in)
• Collegial group, seeking a strong cultural and clinical fit (high-volume ~35-40 patients/day with support)
• APPs manage hospital consults, rounding, and much of the day-to-day coordination, allowing physicians to focus primarily on procedural work
• Call is 1:3, (goal is to be 1:5) taken a week at a time, APPs assist with call
• High-efficiency practice model with strong clinical and administrative support, AI technology utilized
• Multiple clinic locations across the Phoenix area - Goodyear, Glendale, and Gilbert (flexibility on primary location)
• Access to multiple hospitals and surgical facilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting ~$400-450K + productivity incentives
• Additional call compensation
• Realistic income potential: $500K-$700K+ early on, seven-figure potential for high producers
• Sign-on bonus $150k, Relocation assistance available
