AOIA in Phoenix seeks a motivated general urologist to join a high-volume, growth-oriented practice with a clear path to partnership and strong long-term earning potential.

Join a well-established independent group of three urologists and seven mid-level providers. Immediate patient volume, strong referral base, and autonomy with mentorship available. Sign-on bonus and relocation support are offered, with CME and PTO to support ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide general urology care to a high-volume patient base.
• Collaborate with APPs and support staff to optimize clinical and surgical workflows.
• Support subspecialty interests such as female reconstruction or robotics as available.
• Engage in a clear pathway to partnership with performance-based criteria.
