Staffmark Group in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Production Operator to run bindery and digital press machines, inspect quality, and support daily production goals in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

This opportunity offers a Saturday-Sunday schedule on two shifts with pay of $18.50-$19.50 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for training and advancement within the machine operation career path.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance.
• Ability to stand for 10-12 hours per shift.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate Bindery and Digital Press Machines to support daily production goals.
• Assemble, sort, and pack materials as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Load raw materials onto production lines and transport as required.
• Laminate and package finished goods for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by properly disposing of scrap materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve production issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
