Decision Point in Phoenix is hiring a Phoenix Campus Ministry City Director to lead ministry efforts across the Phoenix area. The role blends evangelism, church partnerships, student coaching, volunteer engagement, and leadership of a local team.

You will build relationships with churches, pastors, students, and community leaders while equipping young people to share the gospel on campuses. Local travel is required as part of ministry growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ministry or parachurch initiatives.
• Strong networking with churches, pastors and students.
• Aptitude for coaching and discipling student leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, parents, educators, and community leaders.
• Recruit and mobilize volunteer coaches and ministry teams.
• Coach and disciple student leaders in faith and evangelism.
• Equip students to share the gospel through the 5 Gospel Challenges.
• Cast vision and identify opportunities for ministry growth across Phoenix.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a local ministry team.
• Provide encouragement, accountability, and guidance to students and ministry partners.
• Represent Decision Point within the Phoenix Christian community.

Phoenix Campus Ministry City Director

The Opportunity

Decision Point is seeking a Phoenix City Director to lead ministry efforts throughout the Phoenix area. The role combines evangelism, church partnership development, student coaching, volunteer engagement, and ministry leadership.

The City Director will build relationships with churches, pastors, students, and community leaders while equipping young people to share the gospel on their campuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, parents, educators, and community leaders.
• Recruit and mobilize volunteer coaches and ministry teams.
• Coach and disciple student leaders in faith and evangelism.
• Equip students to share the gospel through the 5 Gospel Challenges.
• Cast vision and identify opportunities for ministry growth across Phoenix.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a local ministry team.
• Provide encouragement, accountability, and guidance to students and ministry partners.
• Represent Decision Point within the Phoenix Christian community.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Support Raising

Salary: $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Decision Point provides training, coaching, encouragement, and ongoing support for staff involved in fundraising.

Additional Details

• Full-time, 45+ hours per week
• Significant local travel throughout Phoenix
• Regular travel throughout the West Coast and to ministry hubs nationwide
• Occasional travel for mission trips, ministry events, training, and conferences
