Job summary

NOCD is seeking a Territory Manager to represent the company in behavioral health markets. You’ll travel to meet prescribers, clinicians, and health systems, expanding NOCD’s network while delivering ERP therapy education. This role is remote with a home base in Phoenix and requires regular in-person visits.

You’ll operate with high autonomy in a fast-growing tele-health setting, earning a base salary plus commission and achieving substantial year-one earnings as you build lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional in a Sales or Business Development role.
• A lifelong learner who takes feedback as fuel. You don't need to know everything about healthcare sales on day one, but you must be ready to learn it fast.
• A purpose-driven professional who wants their daily work to have a tangible impact, connecting their sales hustle directly to life‑saving clinical outcomes for members.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory frequently.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with healthcare providers to open doors and build relationships in your market.
• Educate providers on ERP therapy and NOCD's fit within their ecosystem.
• Leverage data and knowledge of behavioral healthcare to have high-impact conversations.
• Strategically map your territory to maximize impact and achieve monthly quotas.
