Position Summary:
This temporary role supports facility operations by managing vendor communication, collecting quotes, and coordinating deliveries. Duties include documenting quotes in a maintenance system, receiving and distributing materials, and maintaining an organized warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, verify, and distribute deliveries.
Request and track quotes from vendors.
Update records in the maintenance system (CMMS).
Organize inventory and maintain accurate records.
Keep warehouse clean and orderly.
Prepare and stage material orders.
Support internal staff with material needs.
Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in inventory, warehouse, or materials handling.
Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
Ability to lift materials and complete forklift training if needed.
