Responsibilities for Dishwasher / Prep:

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the dish machine.
• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes.
• Clear tables and return dinnerware to the kitchen as needed.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of supplies and dinnerware.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables.
• Unload dishes and utensils from the dish machine and organize them properly.
• Empty trash containers regularly.
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Assist the line team by chopping, preparing, slicing, and portioning food items.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested.

Qualifications for Prep / Dishwasher:

• Ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-12 hour shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures.
