UVA Health is seeking candidates for the Earn While You Learn Trainee Program in Charlottesville, VA. The program combines classroom instruction with paid, on-the-job training as a full-time, benefit-eligible employee in a hybrid Phlebotomy/Specimen Management track.

Training wages start at $16.00 per hour with benefits, rising to $18.00 per hour after successful completion of training. A 40-hour work week is paid, and the program includes full tuition and certification support with a 1-year
