Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
• Physical ability to lift, push or pull, and stand for long periods; schedule may include irregular hours.
• Team environment with setup/teardown of equipment at donation sites.

Responsibilities

• Connect with donors to explain the impact of their donation.
• Create a welcoming, friendly environment to encourage repeat donations.
• Be detail-oriented to meet goals and regulatory requirements for safe transfusion.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at donation sites.
