• Completed a PCT course, CNA program, or RN fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and plan of care under RN/LPN.
• Perform vital signs, point of care testing, bladder scanning, and Foley care as directed.
• May perform phlebotomy and EKGs if certified.
• Communicate changes in patient status to RN/LPN and reinforce patient education.
• Participate in patient satisfaction and performance improvement initiatives.
