Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year phlebotomy experience required.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to set priorities and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy on Outreach and hospital patients.
• Accession and process specimens from inpatient and outreach clients.
• Register outreach and in-house patients (insurance, dx codes, demographics).
• Respond to client inquiries regarding test status, results or specimen requirements.
