Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago, IL is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician to perform venipuncture, capillary draws, ECG exams and related lab tasks, while providing courteous patient care and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a certified phlebotomy program or medical assistant certificate, and at least one year of hospital phlebotomy experience; familiarity with Cerner and Epic is a plus.

The Phlebotomy Technician will perform perform venipuncture and EKG testing for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Phlebotomy Technician provides required technical support to enable the laboratory to function effectively while adhering to correct procedures and health and safety guidelines.
