Job summary

U.S. Colleges is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician Instructor to deliver high-quality instructional programs at our Victorville campus.

This role focuses on developing both technical phlebotomy skills and essential soft skills so students can secure jobs in their new careers. State CPT license is required to teach; candidates must obtain national certification within six months of employment and have thirty-six months of licensed phlebotomy experience within the past five years.

Qualifications

• Thirty-six months experience as a licensed phlebotomist within the past 5 years.
• Must obtain National certification within 6 months of employment.
• State CPT license required to teach and practice

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality instructional content and develop technical and soft skills for students to secure employment.
• Create and implement lesson plans for phlebotomy training.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback to support career readiness.
• Support students through their education journey and assist with goal setting.
• Train and mentor students to prepare for CPT and certification.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements within the program.
