Job summary

US College is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction at our Victorville campus. You will help students build the technical and soft skills needed to secure a career in phlebotomy.

Teaching experience is not required if you are an expert in the field, as we provide training. Applicants must hold a State CPT license and must obtain National phlebotomy certification within six months.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State CPT license.
• Must obtain National certification in phlebotomy within 6 months of employment.
• At least 36 months of licensed phlebotomy experience within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality instructional sessions and develop technical and soft skills for students.
• Support students through their educational journey and help them secure employment in the field.
• Teach phlebotomy theory and hands-on practices; training provided if expert in the field.
