Job summary

U.S. Colleges is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction on campus in San Diego. You will help students develop both the technical and soft skills needed to secure a job in their new career.

Experience as a licensed phlebotomist within the last 5 years is required, along with a CPT license and National certification to be earned within six months of employment. Teaching experience is not necessary if you are an expert in the field, as we provide training.

Qualifications

• CPT license required.
• National certification required within 6 months of employment.
• 36 months of experience as a licensed phlebotomist within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality instruction and help students develop technical and soft skills for job placement.
• Support students throughout their education journey and guide them to achieve their career goals.
• Facilitate hands-on and theoretical phlebotomy training as part of the program.
