Job summary

U.S. Colleges is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction on our campus. You will help students build the technical and soft skills needed to secure employment in their new career.

State CPT license is required with a plan to obtain National certification within six months. Prior phlebotomy experience of 36 months within the last five years is expected; teaching experience is not mandatory as we provide training.

Qualifications

• State CPT license is required.
• Must obtain National certification within 6 months of employment.
• Thirty-six months experience as a licensed phlebotomist within the past 5 years.
• Teaching experience is not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality educational instruction and help students develop technical and soft skills for career placement.
• Support students on their education journey and help them set educational goals.
• Foster a learning environment that enables successful completion of CPT and national certification requirements.
• Collaborate with the campus team to ensure program outcomes are met.
