Job summary

U.S. Colleges is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician Instructor to deliver high-quality education at our Santa Ana campus. You will help students develop essential phlebotomy skills and professional competencies to secure employment after training.

Teaching experience is not required if you are an expert in the field; training will be provided. A State CPT license and national certification within 6 months are required, along with 36 months of recent phlebotomy experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold State CPT license to qualify for the role.
• National certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum of 36 months experience as a licensed phlebotomist within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality instructional sessions to students, developing both technical and soft skills.
• Guide students toward successful job placement in the phlebotomy field.
• Support students through their education journey and help turn their career goals into reality.
