Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience: One year of relevant phlebotomy experience, preferred.
• Certification: Phlebotomy Certification – ASCP, NHA, ASPT, AMT or a national accrediting agency approved by Laboratory Senior Leadership (Phlebotomy/Medical Laboratory Assistant certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire. Failure to do so will result in termination of employment.), required.
