Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required plus phlebotomy qualifications.
• Phlebotomist I: graduate from a phlebotomy program or previous phlebotomy technician experience.
• Phlebotomist II: national certification required; experience preferred, or new graduates with state or national certification.
• Position may accept CMA, CNA, or Patient Care Technician with phlebotomy II certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in a hospital or clinic lab setting, collect blood samples and conduct routine lab duties.
• Perform phlebotomy collection with proper safety and procedural standards.
