Job summary

Dolly Parton Children's Hospital is seeking a phlebotomist to perform venipunctures and capillary sticks, collect specimens for laboratory procedures, and assist with non-licensed duties across the laboratory and hospital.

Under supervision, you will train new staff, ensure correct specimen labeling, and maintain safety standards to support efficient workflows and timely patient care.

Qualifications

• Organizational and communication skills required.

• Knowledge of collection tubes, test requirements, and safety aspects of phlebotomy.
