Job summary

• High school diploma or GED with 6 months phlebotomy experience
• Enrollment in Medical Lab Technician/Technologist or certified Phlebotomy program with completed rotation
• Completed Accredited Phlebotomy Certificate Course.

Responsibilities

• Collect venous and capillary specimens using SOP and aseptic technique in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Perform bedside testing
• Perform LIS functions
• Provide instruction to students/personnel
• Perform laboratory related duties as requested by the Manager
