Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on quality blood collection, specimen processing, and exceptional patient service. You will oversee patient flow, monitor productivity, and support multiple site operations Monday through Friday, 7:30-5pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a phlebotomist.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is a plus.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report performance, compliance or staffing issues to supervisors.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs.
• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
