The role requires phlebotomy experience and CPR certification, with a preference for MOA-trained candidates. You will help manage appointments, patient records, and ensure a clean, organized environment, contributing to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Health care experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Phlebotomy experience is also required.
• CPR certification is maintained.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and families.
• Ability to perform duties with tact and professionalism.
• Ability to learn and adapt to clinic procedures quickly.
• Willingness to cross-train and cover duties as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist physicians with patient care and chart management.
• Handle clerical duties: scheduling, records, forms, and demographics.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain infection control and sterilization.
• Provide information to patients to help them utilize clinic services.
• Support patient flow, answer calls, and relay instructions.
• Cross-train to provide coverage for other staff as needed.
