Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma and MOA program completion with externship, plus CMA/CCMA/NCMA/CDT credentials and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and completed MOA program with externship.
• Minimum one year of public-facing experience, preferably in health care.
• Maintain CMA/CCMA/NCMA/CDT credentials and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient care, specimen collection, and vital signs.
• Perform clerical tasks: scheduling, medical records, and chart management.
• Support exam/procedure rooms and infection control.
• Respect patient rights and respond to urgent situations per protocols.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and update manuals as assigned.
