Description/Comment: The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) is the face of our company to patients, providing quality care and support during their health visits. The PSR II draws blood samples, prepares specimens for lab testing, and ensures patient information is accurately verified and recorded. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The PSR II may work in various settings, including doctor's offices and patient service centers, and must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the supervision of the area supervisor.
2. Maintain a safe and professional environment.
3. Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens following established procedures.
4. Verify patient demographic information and ensure proper labeling of specimens.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
6. Promote a positive image and organizational commitment to patients and staff.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to produce high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
• Adherence to policies, safety standards, and company principles.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple locations with minimal notice.
