$19 - $21.79/Hr

Job Description:
  • The Phlebotomist III- Float represents the face of our company to patients, drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing following established practices.
  • Provides patient care with trust and confidence, explaining procedures and ensuring safety and accuracy.
  • Responsible for coverage at multiple locations and roles, ensuring daily activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Demonstrates leadership, process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy.
  • May be assigned to work in various settings, including doctor's offices, patient service centers, long-term care, or mobile environments.
  • Acts as a leader or mentor for on-site staff and provides onboarding and training for new employees and clients.
  • Handles high-complexity cases requiring advanced phlebotomy skills and collaborates across multiple functions such as sales, lab testing, IT, billing, and logistics.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
Required Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic).
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience:
  • Minimum five years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • At least three years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
  • Customer service experience in retail or service sectors preferred.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience.
