This position combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, helping ensure high-quality specimen collection, strong customer service, and smooth day-to-day workflow.### **Key Responsibilities*** Perform venipuncture and specimen collection on patients of all ages* Serve as a lead resource for phlebotomy staff, providing guidance and support* Assist with daily staffing, workflow coordination, and task prioritization* Support onboarding and training of new phlebotomy team members* Promote adherence to laboratory policies, procedures, and safety standards* Assist with troubleshooting collection issues and resolving patient or staff concerns* Collaborate closely with lab leadership and other clinical departments* Maintain a positive, patient-focused, and team-oriented work environment**Education Requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent required.
