Job summary

PeaceHealth Sedro Woolley Clinic in Sedro Woolley, WA seeks a Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range is $23.53 – $35.31 per hour. This role may be eligible for a hiring bonus.

The hiring rate depends on education, training, and experience. As part of the lab team, you will handle specimen collection, processing, and LIS data entry while delivering compassionate patient care and guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior clinical laboratory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver, and pick up items per lab safety policies.
• Collect and label specimens for testing and document accordingly.
• Enter patient demographics and tests into LIS; process specimens.
• Handle, sort, process, and package specimens.
• Provide information to clients/patients regarding specimen requirements and results.
