Job summary

Blessing Health System is seeking a phlebotomist to collect blood for laboratory analysis and perform point-of-care testing for bleeding time. The role requires serving patients across age groups from neonate to geriatric in alignment with our Mission and Core Values.

The position emphasizes teamwork within Blessing Hospital and supports the Performance Improvement Process and Patient Safety Plan. Shifts include early and late options with non-exempt hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a Phlebotomy Training Program is preferred.
• Previous patient care experience is preferred.
• ASCP registration is encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood for laboratory analysis.
• Perform point-of-care testing for bleeding time.
• Provide services to multiple age groups from neonate to geriatric.
