Inova OB/Primary Care Offices is seeking a Laboratory Technician Assistant2 PSC (LTA 2 PSC) for a part-time day shift in Alexandria, VA. You will prepare specimens, assist with patient registration and ensure accurate labeling.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepares, stores and packages specimens per Lab protocols.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and physicians to optimize performance.
• Performs patient registration, billing and test order procedures accurately.
• Collects specimens using venipuncture/capillary methods and labels properly.
• Delivers excellent patient service using AIDET principles.
