Job summary

Responsibilities

• Draw blood from patients by finger, heel, or vein with aseptic technique.
• Process and document specimens and results accurately.
• Inform physicians of released lab results.
• Order, distribute and stock lab supplies.
• Trains and reports on the work performance of other Laboratory Assistants.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.
