Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred formal phlebotomy training.
• Experience working in a controlled environment with safety measures to minimize exposure to chemicals and body fluids.
• Preferred 1 year hospital-based phlebotomy experience.
• Current Louisiana License as a Laboratory Assistant or Laboratory Assistant Trainee; Trainee license valid for first 180 days from hire.
