Sanford Health in Marshfield, WI is seeking a phlebotomy technician to join the Marsh Melvin Laird facility. This full-time role, scheduled 8-hour day shifts from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, involves drawing blood, collecting, preparing and processing specimens, and supporting routine laboratory activities.

You will help prepare specimens and supplies, may enter orders and results, and participate in onboarding new staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of laboratory-related experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification required or registry eligible within 12 months; BLS certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy, collecting, preparing and processing specimens.
• Assist in performing laboratory activities and other tasks.
• Enter laboratory orders and results, ensuring accuracy.
• Train and onboard new employees.
