Qualificações

• Associate’s degree in medical laboratory technology or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required; current eligibility for certification.
• Minimum 5 years phlebotomy and 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise phlebotomy technicians and oversee workload.
• Schedule and maintain coverage on required shifts.
• Help maintain supplies and keep phlebotomy area neat and clean.
• Coordinate training of new employees and students.
• Ensure specimens are labelled accurately and follow procedures.
• Promote safety and compliance across the lab environment.
