Job summary

Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital in Sullivan, MO seeks a Lab Associate I to join the hospital's CAP-certified laboratory, performing non-blood and blood specimen collection, processing, and clerical tasks. This full-time phlebotomy role offers exposure to a hospital setting and opportunities to develop your career.

You will work 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating holidays, and benefit from annual raises and tuition assistance as part of BJC Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy and basic lab skills preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: BLS and Phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy with correct patient identification and specimen integrity.
• Coordinate multiple tasks including STAT orders and workload shifts.
• Interact with lab, clinical and ancillary departments.
