Qualifications

• Master the art of phlebotomy – Collect blood samples for at least 25% of your scheduled hours.
• Handle specimen processing, order entry, and point-of-care testing to keep the lab running smoothly.
• Transport laboratory specimens and materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with warmth, professionalism, and a reassuring demeanor.
• Follow laboratory procedures according to established protocols while working independently with minimal supervision.
