The Phlebotomist provides general laboratory services, including specimen collection via venipuncture, order entry, blood component preparation, pre-analytic processing, and related clerical tasks such as entering orders, answering calls, and managing faxes. Responsibilities may also include patient and specimen registration and specimen delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and compassion.
