Job summary

The position supports a Monday‑Friday 1:00 PM–9:30 PM schedule with possible weekend rotation and a shift differential. Candidates should have phlebotomy skills, flexibility, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills across age groups (pediatric to geriatric).
• Flexible schedule including weekends and overtime.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection.
• Label and process specimens per laboratory protocol.
• Maintain cleanliness of phlebotomy carts and work areas.
• Data entry and processing: labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing as required.
• Rotates through inpatient, outpatient, ED settings; train new staff as needed.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Phlebotomy certification (preferred)
