Job summary

Dyersburg State Community College invites applicants for Phlebotomy adjunct instructors for day, evening, and online classes held in Dyersburg, Covington, Paris, or at one of our other off-campus centers.

Initial assignment may be at one of our teaching locations, but work station assignment may change each semester. The successful applicant will become certified and fully use the course management system (eLearn) for all classes.

Qualifications

• LPN or Licensed Paramedic with certifications in Phlebotomy, ECG and/or ACLS and PALS.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and college personnel required.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses for the discipline in Covington, Dyersburg, and/or Paris; prepare course materials.
• Evaluate student learning, maintain class records, and submit required reports on time.
