Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Phlebotomist/X-Ray Tech to perform phlebotomy, waived lab tests, EKGs, spirometry, and limited scope X-ray procedures. You will support diagnostics and treatment with accurate testing and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• WA State DOH Phlebotomy & X-Ray Technician credentials required.
• Certification in Phlebotomy; X-ray certification preferred.
• 1+ year clinical or hospital experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and lab testing with accurate specimen processing.
• Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing, ensuring proper calibration and documentation.
• Perform routine limited scope X-ray procedures (extremities, chest, etc.).
• Maintain QC/QA logs, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate results to providers and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Follow CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, and Sea Mar safety protocols.
