Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington state is hiring a Phlebotomist/X-Ray Technician to perform phlebotomy, waived lab tests, EKGs, spirometry, and limited scope X-ray procedures. This role supports patient diagnostics and treatment with accurate testing and high-quality care.

Qualifications include WA DOH phlebotomy and X-ray credentials; a phlebotomy certification is required and X-ray certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and WA DOH phlebotomy & X-ray credentials required.
• Phlebotomy certification; X-ray certification preferred.
• 1+ year clinical or hospital experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and lab testing with accurate specimen processing.
• Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing, ensuring proper calibration and documentation.
• Perform routine limited scope X-ray procedures (extremities, chest, etc.).
• Maintain QC/QA logs, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate results to providers and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Follow CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, and Sea Mar safety protocols.
