PAM Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories LLC in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our Labcorp-based team. The role requires a valid Washington State Phlebotomy license and customer-focused blood collection across patient ages, with travel to additional sites as needed.

Pay ranges $19.75-$27.69 per hour with quarterly incentive bonus program; benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO and more. Mon-Fri 7:30am-7:30pm, overtime as needed.

Phlebotomist w/Testing Float

Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. PAML a Labcorp company is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Kennewick, WA. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday hours vary between 7:30am - 7:30pm; additional hours and rotating Saturday's as needed

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Qualified to perform moderately complexity testing as defined by CLIA
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collecting payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Washington State-issued Phlebotomy License

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more months of phlebotomy experience

In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.

• Be at least 21 years of age and have a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Valid Driver's License
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Pay Range: $19.75 - $27.69 per hour. Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
